Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you LOVE everything you order from Bling It On Brenda! 💕✨ But we understand that sometimes something just doesn't work out.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for cash or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or other odors.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or store credit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance merchandise
  • Jewelry and earrings
  • Hats and hair accessories
  • Bodysuits and intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Items specifically marked FINAL SALE

Pre-Orders & Coming Soon Items

Pre-order items are merchandise that has been ordered from our vendors but has not yet arrived at Bling It On Brenda.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving your item in advance.

Estimated arrival dates are estimates only and may change due to vendor, manufacturing, or shipping delays.

Once a pre-order has been submitted to our vendor, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to shipping delays or a change of mind.

If Bling It On Brenda is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item.

We'll work with you to make it right! 💕

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bling It On Brenda is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise amount.

Store credit does not include original or return shipping charges.
